Groundbreaking Ceremony of Horizon Independent Living
We would like to invite you to our Groundbreaking Ceremony of Horizon 150 Independent Living Cottages. We will meet at Georgia Highway 124 Hoschton for the ceremony then at Manor Lake Hoschton 339 Manor Lake Circle afterwards for hors d'oeuvres.
Come meet and mingle with the Manor Lake Management team, Founders, along with all our other Manor Lake team members at our other locations and our vendors.
