Holiday Social - Leadership Jackson Alumni Association

The LJAA board is hosting it's annual Holiday Social, and registration is open to all Leadership Jackson graduates. Join us for networking, food, drinks, and fun!  

For each of the Leadership Jackson Alumni Association quarterly events, we select a community service project. This year's holiday social service project is collecting donations for Peace Place's new animal shelter, Paws for Peace. The shelter is launching to provide a home for pets of the residents of the Peace Place domestic violence shelter. Because no survivor should have to choose between safety and a beloved pet.

We are asking people to bring donation items such as:
Dry cat food
Dry dog food
Stainless steel food/water bowls
Unscented clumping cat litter
Machine-washable fleece blankets
6-foot nylon dog leashes
Durable dog toys (kongs have been donated)
Cat toys

Cash or check (made payable to Peace Place)  may also be donated, which will go directly to the shelter.
